Prepare for a "beefy train ride" (no, that isn't one of Logan's films...), as we are back for our first ever season of old Amazing Race recaps - Amazing Race 3! Over these thirteen weeks, three people who would never ping pong a bit - Logan, Michael & Michelle are recapping the season, continuing with the twelfth leg and final non-elimination episode!

In this episode, Phil returns to roast Teri & Ian one final time, we point out where Flo & Zach excel, Michelle makes an ultimatum, a mid-season favourite subplot returns, we bust a classic myth, Michael is vindicated after last week, there's a plea for some vomit, someone has experience of paddling a circular boat, Logan tells his story about learning to ride a bike, Flo has an issue with helmets, Michelle gets exposed, we look ahead to next week and has anyone ever quit the final leg?
