Whip out your desktop computer, because we are back for our second season of new/old Wie is de Mol recaps! Over these nine weeks, two guys who always follow the person screaming at the top of their lungs - Logan & Michael - are looking back on our second old season of Wie is de Mol - 2017's offering in Oregon, continuing with the second episode and elimination of Yvonne.
In this episode, Michael starts the episode a little bit distracted, we discuss an idea that we had briefly in 2020, the forgotten next step after "No Child Left Behind" is revealed, we try not to rehash a rant we've had a lot this year, Logan tells his typewriter story, Michael does an investigation on the sheer quantity of advantages available in this episode, Imanuelle absolutely owns our hearts following a barnstorming performance in the laser game, we critique some breakfast orders, Jeroen & Roos have no incentive to lie and Logan tries to predict who will go home next, who beat Yvonne on time and who the Mole is.
You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube or you can tweet Michael & Logan directly! We will see you next week!
Please note: This season is intended on being spoiler-free, so please watch the episodes along with us. Unlike our previous trips back to Mole History, this season does not feature a spoiler section at the end of the podcast, as Logan hasn't seen it! Any season we have already covered (18-21; Renaissance) are fair game though - and as someone from this season did appear on Renaissance, there may be some references to their placement in that season.
Additional note: Delightful is the word we would use to describe Imanuelle after this episode. What an icon.

Please note: This episode is intended on being spoiler-free - however, as with our other historical recaps, this episode may contain references to episodes that we have already covered - namely from Seasons 23-32; Australia 3; Canada 2-5 and Asia 5. These episodes do skirt the lines of spoilers a little more than normal, due to the slightly more...infamous aspects of the season.
Additional note: None of us expected this season to be so fun six episodes in - strap in for the remaining seven legs!

A Frank Hornby Situation
Friday Oct 15, 2021
Friday Oct 15, 2021
Decide whether you or your flatmate is going to be the most mercenary, as Michael, Michelle & Anthony are back to recap Hunted UK's first series, which aired six years to the day! Over the past six weeks, they have been going back to the heady days of 2015, hunting for clues that they missed as a team of very fresh-faced Hunters (and Bleks) searched the UK for fourteen fugitives, concluding with the final episode and escape of Emily, Lauren, Stephen & Martin!
In this episode, we celebrate the end of the longest recording schedule known to man, Michael reveals how this series was spoiled two minutes into the premiere, we potentially miss something in the intro, Emily's edit takes a turn, Lauren appears comfortable, we wonder why they remind us of Ricky's existence again, Anthony questions why Dawn didn't tell the truth about Canterbury, we finally find a situation where Michelle doesn't hate a snitch, there's live googling as we find out about controlled airports, we wonder whether HQ ever expected a clean sweep, we discuss the effect that this series had on the future and there's a small surprise for Anthony.
You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube or you can tweet Michael, Michelle & Anthony directly! We also have an email address for your questions & comments!
Please note: As with our Historical Mole Season coverage, this episode may contain spoilers from series that we have already covered - in this case, Series 2-5.
Additional note: Now we've finished this series, we can finally have a rest. Let's be honest - Anthony & Michelle did between recordings!
Thank you for listening all series - we'll be back in 2022 for Hunted Series 6, but for this year - Your Time on the Race Run... is Over.
